Ep04 & EP06 - Twin Sump Pump Controllers
Features: - Run-Dry protection. This is realized by current change when pumps run dry.
- Automatic protection and alarm against short-circuit, overload and lack of phase
- Automatic protection and recovery against under-voltage, over-voltage
- Digital volt-meter / ammeter real-time dynamic display
- Dynamic display of pump-working situations and water level.
- Dynamic light alarm signals of malfunction
- Automatic Patrol. The controllers automatically run pumps for 5 sections if the pumps do not work in two days. This can prevent pumps from seizing because of rust.
- Single-key setting and memory function of protective parameter without adjusting
- Main and stand-by pumps automatically alternate and malfunctions automatically switching
- Twin pump working on high water level when one pump can handle a large influent.
- HIGH LEVEL ALARM if two pump working together still can not handle the influent.
- Both sensors and float switches can be used for water level control.
- Time record for showing working hours for individual pumps. ( this function available for the shipment after September).
- Voltage-free contactors provided.

Applications: EP04 and EP06 of twin submersible pump controllers are fully electronic and are totally different from traditional control panels. It can apply to pumping stations for automatic liquid-level control, 240V and 415V, with direct start-up type pumps. It is of all kinds of protections of pump motors. The special design can protect pumps from dry-running without installing water tank (well) probe. Specifications: - Actuation time of overload: 5s - 5min ( Depending on the current)
